Although the world is a strange place right now, our key focus remains on our patients and the people in the Madison and Huntsville communities.

And while we feel that hearing is an essential thing, we are also aware that our practice is not a life-sustaining business.

So from the advice of our county, state, and federal government and public health agencies, our doors remain closed for in-person appointments.

This is where our drop-off service comes in.

To ensure our patients don’t miss a beat during the lockdown, we have introduced our drop-off service to provide any required cleaning or repairs to your hearing aids.

How does the drop-off service work?

If you’re experiencing issues with your hearing aids, call us at (256) 319-4327 to schedule a time to drop off your hearing aid in the box at the front of our office.

When you pull up to our clinic, give us a call, and we will collect the aid while you wait in your car.

Once we have diagnosed the problem, we can repair, clean, and thoroughly sanitize your hearing aid before returning it to the box for you to retrieve.

By introducing our drop-off service, we can still be there for all of your hearing health needs while keeping you, our patients, and our team safe.

If you would like to schedule a drop-off time with us at Alabama Hearing Associates, then please call our hotline at (256) 319-4327.

Stay safe,
Dr. Jan Liles & Dr. Susan Sheehy.
